Work for Hire Agreement

• Ownership Transfer: Submitting under a Work for Hire agreement transfers ownership of your music to Zumba, subject to terms outlined in a separate agreement.

• Rights and Compensation: Detailed terms regarding compensation, rights, and royalties will be negotiated and documented in the Work for Hire Agreement.

User Conduct and User-Generated Content

• Conduct Guidelines: Users must not use Zumba to transmit or share content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.

• Responsibility for Content: Users are solely responsible for their content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
